About The Gentle Collective: Premier NDIS Provider on the Gold Coast

Who we are

The Gentle Collective exists to turn community participation into meaningful progress. As an independent NDIS provider on the Gold Coast, we design supports around the person, not the program. Each outing, activity, and interaction is approached with purpose, helping to strengthen everyday skills, self-belief, decision-making, and confidence over time.

What sets The Gentle Collective apart is that our approach is grounded not only in practice, but in research. Our founder is undertaking PhD research in meaningful participation and psychological wellbeing for people with disability. That research shapes our philosophy: participation is not just about being present, but about what changes because of it.

At The Gentle Collective, we believe that when support is thoughtful, consistent, and person-led, community participation becomes a developmental pathway, not just an activity.

Our mission is to turn community participation into meaningful progress by designing intentional, person-led supports that build confidence, independence, and real-life capability.

Meet our founder

Jane established The Gentle Collective after identifying a critical gap between merely accessing support and receiving services that are genuinely person-centred and focused on long-term growth. Her extensive background in disability employment, NDIS policy, and human resources, combined with her PhD research, informs our evidence-based approach. She brings a profound understanding of how to build capability and skills that empower individuals far beyond supported environments, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care and guidance.
